Development And Research On The Reserved Logistics In Papermaking Industry

Papermaking technology provides a great convenience condition for us, and greatly promotes the spread of human civilization and communication. China’s paper industry also encountered many problems in development process, such as lack of raw material. In addition, paper consumption and inefficient high level of technology and environmental issues have been affecting the further growth of the industry. Thus the issue of environmental protection is the primary problem facing the paper industry, pending further study we addressed.Under the above background, this paper combined the reverse logistics management concept and characteristics with the pulp and paper industry. We analyzed the actual status of reverse logistics and summarized reverse logistics problems in papermaking industry, and then we introduced the latest research results on reverse logistics management into the papermaking industry, finally we constructed systematic reference and theoretical basis to solve problems in the process of rapid development of papermaking industry.When we try to solve the problem of reverse logistics in papermaking industry, we particular studied the operation mode with the characteristic of reverse logistics management in papermaking industry, namely, based on the conventional combustion method of alkali recovery reverse logistics operation mode. And get the effective and efficient conclusion of controlling cooking black liquor pollution during alkali recovery through the benefit analysis of the alkali recovery of reverse logistics operation mode.
