With the progress and development of society,we have entered the era of knowledge economy.The economic development model led by knowledge,skills and experience has gradually been accepted by people.In the current era,material capital is no longer the first in enterprises.The importance of large resources,human capital,and the ability to obtain economic benefits has been equal to that of physical capital.For some industries,its importance has even surpassed that of physical capital,and the ever-evolving knowledge of human capital itself.,experience,skills,intelligence,etc.are a potential resource for enterprises,so companies must increase their attention to human capital investment.Based on the research of human capital investment in JM,this paper aims to sort out the problems existing in JM company's human capital investment in the process of business management,to find out the causes of the problem,to prescribe the right medicine,and also to attract the attention of the company's top management.It is conducive to enhancing the company's human capital investment income,reducing personnel turnover,and revealing JM's current human capital investment risks.At the same time,by improving the system and optimizing various constraints and incentives,the company's unreasonable personnel flow is reduced,thereby reducing The necessary losses are conducive to the improvement of the competitiveness of the enterprise market and the re-engineering of investment plans for appropriate human capital.This paper comprehensively uses the combination of theory and practice to carry out research.Based on the analysis of a large number of literatures and related theories,the field survey method and statistical analysis method are used to collect a large number of relevant information about the status of human capital investment of JM.Summarizing and analyzing JM company's human capital investment issues mainly have three aspects,namely,the proportion of human capital investment in various levels is unreasonable,the investment strategy is wrong,and the company's personnel flow risk control is flawed.In terms of the proportion of human capital investment between the various levels,the proportion of human capital investment projects is unreasonable and the proportion of employees at different levels is imbalanced.The problem of human capital investment strategy is mainly reflected in the biased human capital investment planning goals and manpower.Capital investment is not strong enough;the shortcomings in the control of personnel flow risk are mainly reflected in the imperfection of the company's existing separation margin system and the lack of employee incentives.After analyzing a large amount of data and related data,it is found that the main reason for these problems is the unreasonable allocation of human capital investment level of JM,the lack of strategic matching of human capital investment strategy,and the lack of control of personnel flow risk.Finally,based on the experience of SGHEP's “four-dimensional four-point method” incentive model and the human capital investment of ZY Internet companies,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the human capital investment of JM are put forward,that is,the human capital investment level should be rationally configured.Expand the form of human capital investment activities,set indicators of human capital investment activities,formulate strategic human capital investment plans,clarify strategic functions of various departments,strengthen human capital investment in strategic transformation business,optimize personnel liquidity risk prevention mechanism,and improve personnel supervision and constraints Mechanism,establish an effective talent incentive mechanism.In order to improve the human capital investment of JM through the implementation of these measures,the company's human capital investment income will be improved.
