Changing The Economics Of The Chinese Urban Employment Structure Parsing

China has already entered 21st century, if we take 1978 as the boundary, China has experienced 28 years before and after reformation, We need to summarize the progress and rethink profoundly, then it will be good to drive us more quickly. As the world-shaking changes happened in China, the economic life also changed a lot. But no matter how the changes happen, the job which closely linked with people's life was twisted with people. The basic condition to live in industrial production manner life is to find a job. From the foundation of new China, the employment structure and manner has changed several times. Every change has affected thousand million people, so if we look on the changes from the historical angle, not only good for us to recognize the history, but also good for us to consummate relative ideas, and exploit more space.The text has four parts which are important, in the introduction, I try to explain what is the "labour" and the station of employment structure in economic structure. The first part introduce two content mostly, one is the employment theory in west economy, the other is employment theory in Max book and social economy.The second part try to demonstrate the kind and trait of employment structure, but we must know the time is from 1949 to 1978. We can know the structure which build on the carrier of state-owned enterprise, working class as the main body is rational in that time, but we must commit that the rational is moment. We can't estimate that time from nowadays opinion.In the third part, we can know the form and peculiarity of employment structure which from 1978 to now. I point that China now is experiencing the acute change, no matter economy or politics. In the period, traditional working class has changed a lot, "the peasant-worker in city" try to find their place rely on their sweat and toil, though theydidn't brake off the registered permanent residence system. Recruit students expand result the graduate become the focus of the country, the Party and the government try to realize and solve this problem.The fourth part is on the base of argument before, I try to show harmonious employment structure not only the problem that China has to face and solve, but also is the only way to build harmonious society. In this period, we need to reform the state-owned enterprise, education system, register system, social security system, labour union system. Only do this, employment structure in city can be optimized in wide space.
