With the develop of economic in China, the state industry has been increasingly attentioned, which makes steel industry a rapid development. Moreover, with other kinds of industry's rise, the demands for steel also constantly increase, that also indirectly promots the development of steel industry, and different types of industries for steel demand are different , because of this,in steel production, steel species continue to increase. In production and steel increased variety, while the requirements of customers on the steel material quality are increasingly high, in that case,it doesn't only enable producers to increase output , but also more effort and resources should been put in the research of quality, so how to improve steel quality properly is the problem to each steel producer to resolve. Then straightening is a indispensable procedure to improve the quality of steel, that plays a key role in improving steel for straightness and steel stress.This topic is based on plasticity theories, namely the steel after bigger elastic-plastic bending later, regardless of its starting e how much difference, will eventually tender to converge, through setting appropriate bend curvature to steel straightening many times, the steel's bending-curvatur decreases, and finally the purpose of straightening is accomplished.This topic takes the elastoplasticity theory as a foundation, and establishs the strightening model using mechanical analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to the 38Kg heavy rail, this heavy rail webs thickness of 13mm, yield limit for 645MPa, by using the large deformation theory, it is discussed that the lower roll as well as the upper roll first roller is motionless when on four rollers to depress the quantity. And it carries on finite element simulation for two different respectively in the steel press-down quantity of measured under pressure ,which is namely the magnitude and theoretical calculation press-down quantity, the effects of two different press-down quantity of straightening plate after pass under the straightening and the influence of the stress distribution quantitatively are studied, and some main factors that can't raise steel quantity in practical production are discussed. Through different depresses the regulations to two kinds the result to carry on the contrast, the analysis, original pressing quantity is replaced,then a group the residual stress to be small caused the steel plate strightening and the regulations straightness better depressed are selected.This article uses the method study heavy axle roller type strightening process which the analysis computation and the computer simulation unify, through the deep research to 11 roller type strightening process technological parameter, the roll department's related parameter is truly fixed. We simulate the heavy axle strightening process, and gain the reasonable strightening parameter, the results can provide theoretical basis of the design and scientific guiding for practical production straightening technology parameters Settings, optimization and the design of straightener, thus it can shorten straighter product development cycle, reduce production cost, adapt to the changes in market demand, promoting the development of three-roller straightening technology in China. At the same time, the research methods which this article adopts provide a new research means for the further development of straightening theory.
