Along with the development of national economy, improvement of people's income level and ideas change of People to buy wedding gown by rent, wedding market demand has increased dramatically. But because the bridal veil of domestic market possession late start, development not mature, most of the bridal veil are all low-end products, working poor, choose low-quality fabrics, low cost, lack of innovation design, it is hard to satisfy people for bridal veil of all aspects request, so desperately needs to improve the grade of the bridal veil product, selects high quality fabrics, integrate the innovation of the design concept, make bridal veil to go to high-end market, meet people's needs.Papers survey the wedding product market by the way of using store and shop visit, key understand the basic characteristic and request of bridal veil on the market, play good foundation for developing high-grade bridal veil product. Survey results show that our country bridal veil market is still in the low-end quantity situation, lack of high quality products, lack of special products, lack of independent brand development. Bridal veil fabrics mainly divided into fabrics, lining and facingmaterial, its use different, for fabric requirements are different.Paper analysis the structure and style performance of silk bridal veil. Select 22 pieces silk bridal veil as fabrics, lining and facingmaterial, classify and find, bridal veil fabrics of silk fabric have close-grained type and thinner type; bridal veil lining is mainly ordinary silk crepe de chine, habutai, crepe satin and so on; bridal veil facingmaterial is mainly silk georgette, silk voile and chiffon which are soft, thin and bright.Paper analysis fabric elements which include warp and weft direction raw material combination, weave, fabric interleaving compactness and so on, test fabric permeabitity, draping quality, fabric style index and so on, the results find, close-grained type fabric mainly use raw silk, mulberry silk ripe silk, Duppion Silk Yarns and a light viscose people silk as raw material, use characteristics of high-density and high tight degrees to reach the effect of dense, its permeabitity and draping quality are poorer, plasticity is better, surface smooth; thinner type fabric mainly use raw silk and mulberry silk ripe silk as raw material, use characteristics of low-density and low tight degrees to reach the effect of sheer, its permeabitity is better, draping quality is very poor, plasticity is better, surface glossy but smooth is poor; lining and facingmaterial mainly use mulberry silk ripe silk as raw material, its density and tight degrees are moderate, permeabitity and draping quality are better, softness is better, surface smooth.Paper in order to develop a high-grade silk bridal veil fabrics with hidden grain jacquard effect, first analysis the influence to fabric patterns and basements effect realize the principle of hidden grain fabrics, find: warp and weft direction of twist configuration, fabric voidage, warp and weft density ratio and patterns and basements weave configuration are influence on weavy grain explicit and implicit.Through this theoretical guidance, fully consider in aspect of warp and weft combination design, warp and weft density configuration, pattern design, patterns and basements weave configuration and so on, and consider purposes at the same time. Through this relationship and specifications structure feature requirements of Wedding dress fabric and combine JCAD software to design and develop a jacquard hidden grain organza. After style characteristics testing, could find the design of the product not only can reach the effect of pattern ambiguously implicative, but also meet the style characteristics requirement of wedding dress.
