| New mine construction enterprise often build well over a broad area which has added the difficulties to manage and control risk. This paper researched on the accident risk of new mine construction enterprise control technology. From the modern scientific theory and practice of security paper,This paper studies hazards, risks and the relationship among them and classify risks and hazards and proposed mechanism model of accident causation.Beside,this paper establishes a long-range risk controlling model and studies the risk management and controlling of new mine construction enterprise and then developed a "Online mining enterprise risk pre-built control system" based on B/S Model which can contribute to risk management and controlling of new mine construction enterprise. In order to further enhance information security level of the mine construction enterprise and reduce the probability of accidents and improve the safety of the construction and to encourage enterprises to increase the overall level of safety, to reduce the incidence of accidents of various kinds, computer and network can be used for risk controlling and optimization of safety measures. Therefore, the purpose of this dissertation reference for new mine construction enterprise applications, the construction of multi-mine construction enterprise risk management and control with a clear practical value. |
