In recent years, automobile industry in our country obtained rapid growth. The total mileage of Chinese highway has leapt to the second in the world. As The auto industry vigorously develop and road traffic improvement, China automobile sales volume presents a fast growth and has leapt to the first in the world. This greatly promoted the development of the tires manufacturing industry. The center of the world rubber machinery is also transferred to our country. Tire forming machine as very typical specialized equipment is used very wide in the rubber machinery. It is the assembly manufacturing process of the entire tire sections. So it's directly related to the forming quality and efficiency. In-depth study on the basic structure of molding machine, working principle, kinematics and optimization design of mechanism to improve the forming quality and efficiency is valuable reference to the whole design of molding machine.In this background, this paper puts forward the optimal design shaping institutions of molding machine based on the mechanical optimization technique. The main research contents include the following aspects:First basic structure, work principle of semi-steel radial tire building machine was introduced and the radial tire molding quality of the main factors were analyzed. The author analyzed the movement of the back roller. The influence of machine molding quality from the traditional design of cylinder institutions and pressing roller six poles structure is put forward.According to the phenomenon that press roll presses tire false and tire layer has bubbles in current market, the thesis analyses the problem and points the reasons are that the curved shape that roll of mechanism presses actually accords with the ideal curve of tire insufficiently. Usually, oscillating cylinder as supplementary measures is added, but the remedy is very limited. More important is that the uneven pressure of oscillating cylinder in the fitting area is caused. For these, the paper has made the technical improvement, and does the further optimization research to the improved tire building machine in track conformity degree.On the basis of existing institutions, using the mechanical optimum technology, the pressure cylinder institutions and pressing roller six members'institutions were optimal designed. The mathematical model of optimum design was established; through optimization technology programming and solving, the optimal results of molding institutions were obtained.The detailed data calculation and comparison for results of the optimal design were done; simulation analysis on the pressure roller path movement was done and advancement of theory research was verified.Through on the above issues research, the problems these press roll presses tire false and the uneven pressure of oscillating cylinder were hoped to solve and the important role the optimum technology to solve this kind of mechanical engineering problems was reflected.
