The study investigated the effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure,solvent on the hydro-liquefaction reaction performance of different composition inertinite content of Shendong coal by a 0.5 L stirred autoclave.The experiment enrich Shendong coal into different parts,such as coal of Shenhua bulianta (SHB),coal of high inertinite (SHG), hand-selected inertinite components (SHI) and hand-selected components of vitrinite (SHV), the sample mixed with two different ratio inertinite content of coal (SHM) and investigated the relationship between hydro-liquefaction performance and macerals.The results show that:The optimum reaction temperature varies even for the same coal because of the different macerals of the coal. At the initial pressure of 10MPa, the reaction temperature is 460℃, the high inertinite Shenhua coal SHB had better performance on liquefaction reactivity,the conversion rate and oil yield were 89.37% and 59.69%; Using the wash oil and de-crystal anthracene oil as raw material, after three hydrogenation stabilized the initial yield of 82.92% solvent oil and the gas production rate is very low.The performance on liquefaction reactivity of different levels of coal inertinite components had the similar changeable trends with temperature and the reaction initial pressure.At the respective optimal reaction conditions,coal liquefaction performance weaker with increase levels of inertinite components. At the reaction temperature of 465℃,the initial pressure of 10MPa. The coal conversion rates of SHI and SHV were 84.00% and 95.13%,both oil yields were 48.89% and 64.97%. The coal conversion rates of SHG and SHM were 88.71% and 91.62%, both oil yields were 56.52% and 61.81%. When the initial pressure of hydrogen is 10MPa, reaction temperature is 460℃, the oil production rate (Y) and conversion rate (Z) of Shendong coal are reduced with the increase of the content of fusinite components (X),the content of fusinite adding the sernifusinite(S)and content of fusinite,macrmite,micrinite adding inertodetrinite components(M),that means YSHV> YSHV>YSHV>YSHV YSHV, ZSHV> ZSHM>ZSHM>ZSHM>ZSHM,the relationship of the oil production rate and X, S and M is Y=-0.513X+72.414, Y=-0.3709S+73.205 and Y=-0.4709M+72.224; the relationship of conversion rate and X, S, M is Z=-0.2547X+97.531, Z=-0.1919S+98.248 and Z=-0.2353M+97.484.
