Nowadays, linear vibration screener have used in many places.During the working process, the vibration screener has to endure alternate loads, these resulting in crack at deck base. These problems are serious impact on the MTBF and life-span of large-scale linear vibration screener. With the development of the coal mining mechanization,we demands the higher requirement on the vibration screener. Therefore, design the high life-span and high reliability large-scale linear vibration screener has become an important research subject. And now, compared with abroad advanced level, there is a big gap on life-span and the MTBF of domestic vibration screener.In this paper, the research subject is 27m2 large-scale linear vibration screener which research and manufacture by a Coal Research Institute. For domestic vibration screener beams are easy to rupture, short life-span and other issues. First, study it's working principle and analyzed it's dynamic property, then, building its mechanical model; Second, application of ANSYS software to build the finite element model and mesh it. Then, made the static, modal analysis, harmonic analysis and time-history response analysis use the FE model. Through its dynamic property analysis and combined with fatigue damage accumulation theory to analyze the fatigue and reliability of the large-scale linear vibrating screener. Ultimately, estimated the fatigue life of key parts.In addition, this paper also made experimental modal and dynamic property test of model screen. Finally, for the frequent failure, from the perspective of stress and strength analyze its failures and proposed improvement scheme. And optimized its structure, extend the MTBF of large-scale linear vibration screener. It's very meaningful with the design, installation and use of the large-scale linear vibration screener.
