| The business management information System of Jiangsu Institute of metrology (JSMI) is designed according to the set of standards, such as ISO/IEC 17025 Testing and Calibration Lab Permission. the information will improve the overall service ability and the business management ability.The essay analyses the measurement management problems that bothered our institute recently, elicits the requirements for the transaction management and intenralsy stematic management. Based on these analyses, it describes the procedure of overall design and detailed design. In contract review work as a starting point, to detect and service process for monitoring elements, in order to improve the efficiency and service level for the goal to realize measurement instruments, business management system certificate by the internal management model transformation conversion to focus on customer demand for the combination of internal and external management model, and finally run the management system under the network environment in the computer.The business management information system of Jiangsu institute of metrology mainly include the module of calibration services management and testing business management, in order to ensure the efficient operation system and provide data for the business management system, specially designed the module to input and statistical analysis, basic data maintenance and systems management. The management system collects, transfers, processes, stores, renews and maintains the information by the application of computer hardware and software, network system of communication equipment and other office equipment. The system follows laboratory management system and the real-time control working procedure, data sharing system into barcode management system, greatly reduce the manual entry errors, fundamentally solved the defects of traditional entry and accelerate the speed of data transmission, improve work efficiency and quality. |
