Study On Comprehensive Evaluation For Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub Transfer System

With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, city's total travels increase rapidly and travel requirements continue to increase. To meet the travel needs, China invests a lot of human, material and financial resources in the field of urban transport infrastructure. Urban road and Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub (CPTH) constructions have developed fast. However, corresponding to the fast development of CPTH construction, the transfer result of CPTH transfer system sounds unsatisfactory. In order to strengthen coordination of various transport modes in CPTH transfer system, improve transfer efficiency, and promote the development of urban transport integration, to study evaluation theory and method for urban CPTH transfer system in-depth and systematically is in bad need.The paper is positioning in evaluation theory and method research for CPTH transfer system, trying to establish evaluation system for CPTH transfer system adapting the actual demand of urban development in China. On research method approach, it adopts system analysis, combining theoretical research with practical application, qualitative with quantitative analysis. On research thinking approach, based on the progress of international and domestic research, it analyzes structure, momentum and coordinate development theory and development trends of CPTH transfer system, takes the influence factors for passenger transfer as the breakthrough point, discusses CPTH transfer system influence factors from the macro, meso and micro levels, and chooses indexes for CPTH transfer system from the three levels, thereby establishes the evaluation index system. In this foundation, combining the Matter-Element Evaluation Method (MEEM) with Analytic Hierarchy Process Theory (AHP), it establishes the evaluation method system for CPTH transfer system. On this basis it makes example application on Xizhimen CPTH transfer system.Through research, the paper established the evaluation index system for CPTH transfer system, with 9 indexes including the size of the fitness hub, the load balance between hubs, the average transfer time, etc., covering macro, meso and micro levels, combining with their definition, calculation and classification value under quantitative and qualitative method. The paper also established the evaluation method system for CPTH transfer system adopting MEEM and AHP, and made example application, the result showed that the evaluation method can convert multiple indexes evaluation into single objective evaluation so as to evaluate CPTH transfer system, and the adaptability of the sub-index level can be further analyzed by analyzing the composition of the sub-item.
