In order to find a way to resolve the existing problems of the impact roller and explore its future development tendency, based on the comprehensive analysis and study for the comprehensive performance of impact roller. In this paper,author through the research of on construction craft, the energy consumption and ergonomics of impact roller in actual construction process, obtained the deep reasons that restricts the development of impact compaction just is the Complex processing,serious waste of power and drivers work environments.Based on the above reasons a whole optimization design was made for impact roller in this paper. Through the method of mathematical modeling, a tractor model was optimized from the aspect of ergonomics, and the periodic vibration of tractor because of the uneven ground was reduced, especially the vertical vibration, and simulate the fact through Matlab simulation technology, how to make full use of its power, traction and improve pilot (bumpy) working environment. Finally get the conclusion that how to make full use of its power and traction to improve pilot (bumpy) working environment.In keeping the higher compaction efficiency and compaction effect than traditional roller while take some shortcomings in actual construction process into account. Based on the conception of the full use of tractor's power introducing the energy-saving principle and puts forward two kinds of model:balanced three compact wheel roller and Balance impact roller. The difficulties in the design of the balance impact roller is how to design the corrected steering mechanism with the right turn radius. Saving power in the premise, and how to realize the impact compaction with non-interference in each other.So the key technologies of his paper is:energy compact wheel system,phase coordination organization, design of steering mechanism. Base on the reliability analysis and comparison above all technologies, obtained one meets way which not only satisfy the compaction requirements but also energy saving. Finally,through prototype and industrial experiment achieved the internal relations of energy-saving principle and phase coordinating mechanism.at same time draw the conclusion of the feasibility and reliability of steering mechanism and transition institution in actual construction process. And put forward the improvement project of compact wheel lifting system in the system of steering mechanism and transition institution. Put forward the conclusion of the best work speed (8-12km/h) of phase coordinating mechanism will remove constraint, and the front wheel and the behind wheel should be impacted freely.At last, through experiment the energy-efficient impact roller shown more advantages than the impact roller and application prospect of energy-saving principle in the impact roller. At the end of the article a summary was carried out about the key technique of the development of impact roller, which laid a foundation for the further development of new theory and technique of impact roller!...
