At present,the area of rural houses in our country is in a rapid growth stage.However,in the construction process,the builders generally lack energy-saving design for rural houses,and the energy-saving evaluation and optimization of the design scheme are also ignored.It results in the present situation of large energy consumption and low energy efficiency in rural houses in our country.Aiming at the above problems,this thesis puts forward the comprehensive evaluation and optimization method about energy-saving design of rural houses to reduce the energy consumption and improve energy efficiency and economic benefits from the source.Firstly,this thesis applies the method named “double constraint” including the comprehensive index evaluation and energy efficiency analysis to judge the energy level of rural housing design.About the comprehensive evaluation method,propose the energy-saving index from five dimensions that include building layout,building envelope,heating and ventilation,lighting systems and renewable energy use.Then the thesis calculates the weight of indexes by entropy weight method.The evaluation model about rural housing energy-saving construction can be established based on the extension method.About energy efficiency analysis,the thesis makes use of ECOTECT software to simulate energy consumption of the designed building and the reference building and calculate the result.When the results of the comprehensive evaluation and energy efficiency are both qualified,the rural house will be allowed to build.When any constraint condition is not satisfied,it is suggested to modify the design scheme and put forward several optimization schemes.Then compare the incremental cost and incremental benefit of any two schemes,and regard them as the project investment and project return respectively to establish the optimization model based on the net present value to choose the best scheme.The thesis takes A3 rural house in Houchen Village as a example.The following conclusions are drawn in the thesis:1.The evaluation result of the original design schemeis “bad class” and the rural house can't be builded;2.The evaluation results of the three optimization schemes are above “qualified class”.The energy efficiency value of Scheme 1is 53.53%,the energy efficiency value of Scheme 2 is 59.08% and the energy efficiency value of Scheme 3 is 63.42%.The three schemes all meet the energy-saving requirements;3.After the comparison of one to one,the net present value about scheme 2and scheme 1 is ?-6933.55 and the other is ?14475.17 about scheme 3 and scheme1,therefore the thesis chooses scheme 3 as the final design plan of A3 rural house.
