Nowadays,energy crisis and environmental crisis are enormous challenges facing China and even the whole world.taking the road of sustainable development,building energy conservation and promoting energy-saving construction technology has become the development direction of China’s construction industry.The northeast is in the cold region of our country.with the revitalization of northeast old industrial base.The construction scale and the total construction volume in northeast China is increasing rapidly,but the buildings with high energy consumption occupy a large proportion in the total construction volume.so it’s necessary to select some economical and applied energy-saving technology in construction in order to save the energy,reduce the waste of resource and realize the sustainable development of construction.This paper takes the optimization of energy saving construction technology in northeast China as the research object.uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on a more thorough research on the optimization of building exterior wall,door window,roof energy-saving construction technology measures.On the basis of summarized of the previous research,this paper explores the meaningcharacteristic and current status of energy-saving buildings and emphatically analyzes the applicability,economy and advantages and disadvantages of 4 kinds of building external thermal insulation energy-saving technology,3 kinds of doors and Windows profiles,3 kinds of energy-saving glass and 4 kinds of energy-saving technologies of building roof.combining with the characteristics of northeast region climate,building and the application of current energy saving construction technology,green energy saving building exterior insulation,doors,windows and roof construction technology of energy conservation optimization evaluation index system was set up,using the analytic hierarchy process calculated the weight of each evaluation index value,finally combining Harbin project,selected the suitable for energy-efficient building construction technology in North-East of China and put forward the corresponding building energy conservation construction technology promotion measures.The construction technology of energy saving construction made in this paper is of great applicability.For the construction enterprise,it can provide powerful help for the selection of energy-saving construction technology so as to save energy and protect the ecological environment.To some extent,the development of the construction industry in the northeast area is promoted,and the regional economic benefits are improved. |
