Quality Evaluation For Engineering Detail Design

In recent years, as the construction project getting an instant development, the whole society has focused on the quality of the construction. There are many factors which has influenced on the quality of the project, the quality of design is one of the most important factors. The design period is quite an important period to determine the quality of construction project. If there were some problems of design, the best constructors can do nothing to make a qualified building. But people still take the construction and material purchasing as the most influenced factors on the project quality right now, and pay no attention to the quality management and control of the design. The competition will be more and more furious in comply with the development of society, and the customers will be more and more choosey, the qualification and experience will apparently be more important to the customer to pick up the design company. If the design company wants to have a market share, they must ensure and improve the quality of their design to meet the requirement of customers.This thesis studies the significance of design quality to the entire construction project. Combining with the theories published at home and abroad for management of design quality, it expounds the basic way to supervise the quality of design and points out the keynotes of quality management in each stage of design. Especially, the detail design is the foundation of construction and the installation. Based on the practical experience, it built up a mathematical model to evaluate the detail design quality with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and studies the factor chosen into. Besides the regular factors, this thesis added two new factors which are called "investment influence factor" and "after-service". By using this model, it evaluates two different engineering projects, got the results of design quality of detail design for each other, and gave some advices to improve the quality of detail design.
