| In order to enhance their competitive advantages in today’s fierce market competition environment,enterprises regard their product quality as their lifeline.In particular,for military-civilian companies,their R&D projects have a high degree of technology enrichment,and product quality is mainly determined by design quality.Companies need to pay special attention to the management of design quality.This is not only of great significance to the survival and development of the company,but also To some extent,it is related to the effective guarantee of national defense security.Military-civilian integrated enterprises generally carry out R&D and manufacturing based on the national military standard quality system.The quality problems in the production and manufacturing links have been well controlled.Product quality problems mainly come from the design link.In order to further improve product quality,the management of design quality,Especially the evaluation of quality improvement puts forward a strong demand.This paper takes R company,a typical representative of military-civilian enterprises,as an example,analyzes the status quo and existing problems of its design quality management,and finds that military-civilian integration research and development projects have the characteristics of strict technical requirements,complex products,strong customization,and short cycle.In the design quality management,there are some difficulties such as design quality problems that cannot be completely avoided,difficult design problems are unpredictable,design problems with complex interfaces are not easy to define,and design quality is not good for effective evaluation and evaluation.After further analysis of its main influencing factors through fishbone diagram analysis,it is found that the design quality is mainly affected by the professional quality of engineers,the quality of design input information,the implementation of technical management systems,design and development methods and other factors.In order to effectively solve the above-mentioned design quality management problems,the "three-in-one" idea is proposed to improve design quality management,and comprehensive improvements are made through measures such as increasing department functions,strengthening design process control,strengthening designer training,and carrying out design quality evaluation.At the same time,in order to verify the effects of the abovementioned design quality improvement measures,a design quality evaluation system was established based on the product development process and its key characteristics,and the design quality evaluation index weights calculated by the analytic hierarchy process were selected and typical R&D projects were selected for comparison.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the design quality values of the shipborne photoelectric tracking equipment research and development project before the improvement and the panoramic scanning equipment research and development project after the improvement are compared.The results show that the improved design quality score has been improved,which verifies the effectiveness of the design quality improvement Sex.Through the case of R company,it shows that the quantitative evaluation of design quality is scientific,and it also plays a very good guiding role in practical applications.It can promote engineers to pay attention to design quality issues,and it also provides a kind of Better design quality management methods. |
