But now, the snow clearing work still mainly by artificially, the cost of management fee and artificial is very high, but also threat to the safety of the rail Operational and personnel, can no longer continue to adapt to the modern railway safety, speed, punctuality and high density requirements of running.For these reasons,design and implementation of a point snow melting system which be able to effectively melt snow, has a high degree of automation is imperative. In this paper,based on comparison of sevral point snowmelt system that widely used at home and abroad,â…¢ustrates the advantages of the electric heating system to others. A detailed analysis and presentation of the composition,working principles and operating modes of the electrical heating point snowmelt system are also made in this paper. Based on the above study disigned STDR-G electric heating point snowmelt system based on Modbus-TCP protocol.â—The implementation of the STDR-G system's interface used the C # language and ControlEase automation software. The interface is simple and beautiful, more intuitive, easy to operate, providing a good user experience.â—The communication between remote control center and station control terminal of STDR-G is used of industrial ethernet and Modbus-TCP protocol. With high stability and high reliability, but also provides a good foundation for system expansion in futrue.â—The main control unit of trackside control cabinet used Siemens S7-200PLC, powerful, stable and has a reasonable cost.This article also describes the special problems and solutions in the JiNan-xi station project,but also other applications of the system deployment. At last, a conclusion is made and the problems that need further study are discussed in this dissertation. |
