The Research On The New Railway Integration Scheme Election

Railway plays a significant role on economic development and social progress. At present, our country is in the peak period of railway construction. The new railway integration scheme selection is also very important in the design of the railway project. Weather the railway integration scheme is excellent or not, it has a significant impact on the reasonableness of the project, the project investment, railway network layout and the city's economic development.The new railway integration scheme selection is a complex decision problem, we must only analysis the impacting factors systematicly and comprehensively, select the scientific evaluation index and establish a reasonable model that it could correctly reflect the program's advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, I combines the analytic hierarchy process with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of the new railway integration scheme selection. It could accurately reflect the interaction and relationships of various factors, and provide the basis for program decisions.Firstly, according to the idea of AHP, the evaluation system is divided into four criteria layers, they are technical criteria layer, economic criteria layer, environmental criteria layer and social criteria layer. And the four criteria layers are divided into 17 specific indicators respectively. So we can establish the AHP model to reflect the evaluation of goals comprehensively and scientificly. And then in the light of the model, we can calculate of the weight index and sort. By sorting, it intuitively reflects the importance of each index, and combine with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the program. Finally, I combine the paper with the actual project-The integration scheme selection in Shao Guan of the new railway line of Liu Zhou to He Zhou to Shao Guan. We get the consequence agreed with the actual results by calculating. It confirm the truth of the rationality of this method, and provide a basis for the future decision making in the new railway integration scheme selection.
