Research On Fuel Workshop Management Of Matou Power Generation Plant

It is proved that good fuel workshop management of electric power plants can promote fuel economy effectively, while speeding up their liquidity. This is essential to ensure the normal production of enterprise, and it is also the main approach to reduce production costs and the important prerequisite to help them gain more profit and resist risks.Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of fuel workshop management of electric power plants, introducing the research situation of its related theory—field management, pointing out the problems of field management study. Secondly, it gives an overview of fuel transportation system, coal storage and broken equipments, and analyses the influence of coal quality variation on fuel transportation system and boilers. And then, it analyses the organization and management profiles, current situation of coal transportation and blending systems of Matou Power Generation Plant.On the basis of analysis of the direct causes and management issues of the problems that Matou Power Generation Company is faced with, this paper focuses on the measures to deal with these problems, and brings up four effective measures include optimizing equipments management, improving management of fuel storage, using reasonable coal blending measures as well as improving the management of coal slurry blending to eliminate their negative impacts on operation units.Finally, based on the management status of Matou Power Generation Company, this paper proposes two feasible proposals, including optimizing management process and enhancing staff training management of fuel workshops. Results of this paper are of certain guiding significance and reference value to help Matou Power Generation Company to deal with problems of its fuel workshops management.
