Study On The Development Strategy Of Cold Low-Carbon City

The thesis illuminates the low-carbon city construction strategy which is fit for the winter cities in our country by analyzing the features of the winter cities in china as well as the strategy of the low-carbon cities in the world. With the effect of the natural features, the economic development features, the construction features, the traffic features and the humanities features, the high energy-cost developing style should turn to the low-carbon development strategy. In the first place,from the oriental of low-carbon,the energy,the energy strategy of winter low-carbon city is suggested, which includes the solar energy strategy, the geothermal energy strategy as well as the wind energy strategy of winter low-carbon city. In the second place, from the viewpoint of construction methods the green technology strategy, the traffic technology strategy and the construction technology strategy of winter low-carbon city is suggested. The thesis contributes a lot to the research of creating a development strategy of winter low-carbon city that could fit for the China's rapid urbanization.
