At present, the increasing carbon emissions of transportation has seriously hindered the low-carbon development of China's cities. As an important part of urban traffic, the increase of motor vehicle travel ratio also puts forward a severe test to reduce carbon emission severity of urban traffic. The key to reducing transportation emissions is to guide and build a low-carbon travel structure dominated by public transport, cycling and walking. In addition, under the premise that urban development emphasizes more and more refinement and people-oriented.The link between the built environment and the low-carbon travel behavior of residents has become one of the hot issues in the field of urban planning. Therefore, under the concept of low-carbon development,it is of great significance to study how to improve the built environment to realize the low-carbon travel of residents. This paper takes the impact of the built environment on low-carbon travel as the main research content.Firstly, this paper defines the basic concepts involved in the research, combs the relevant basic theory and clarifies the relationship between the basic theory and the research.Secondly,on the basis of considering the actual situation of urban construction in China, the elements of built environmental measurement are summarized and reclassified, and the environmental measurement index system is built directly using "3D" or "5D" adopted by foreign scholars in previous studies, and the built environment involved in the follow-up study is divided into three dimensions: land use, road system and public transport facilities, including building density, volume ratio, land use mix, road network density, road intersection density,Bus station density and bus coverage 7 measure factor indicators. Then, this paper analysis the current situation of the built environment from the three dimensions of land use, road system and public transport facilities. And the current situation of the study area is divided into 12 communities basic living unit of residents independently, and then,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the residents in 12 units.Under the consideration of the current situation of residents travel space distribution and 15 minutes of community life circle coverage comprehensively, this paper determines the scope of 1000 m basic travel space as a scope of quantitative built environment and research on the impact of built environment on low-carbon travel of community residents.Thirdly, based on the research data of the residents' travel questionnaire, calculate the low-carbon travel ratio of residents of each community unit, and analyze the lowcarbon travel status of residents, and summarize the existing problems of low-carbon travel for residents of China-New Eco-city on the basis of the current analysis.Based on the current land data, vector data, road network data and bus station POI data,7 types of built environmental factor sage indicators within the basic travel space range of each living unit are quantified. These data are served as the basis for the data for the follow-up study.Fourthly, through the correlation analysis,we can get the correlation between the indicators of various built-up environmental factors and the ratio of low-carbon travel mode, and screen out the indicators of built-up environmental factors that have a significant impact on residents' choice of low-carbon travel mode.Further,we can use multiple regression analysis to get the impact coefficient of various built-up environmental factors,so as to make clear the impact of various built-up environmental factors on different indicators The impact of low-carbon travel mode.By comparing the characteristics of built environment of living units with different proportion of low-carbon travel modes, this paper explains the impact of built environment on residents' low-carbon travel from different dimensions. Finally, from the three dimensions of land use, road system and public transport facilities, the paper puts forward the strategy of building environment optimization under the guidance of low-carbon travel. The optimization of land use level is based on the premise of meeting the travel needs of residents.Three optimization strategies are proposed: building a land mixed use space unit with suitable scale and scale for lowcarbon travel, public service facilities to meet the diversified travel needs of residents, and centralized and compact functional layout optimization. The optimization of road system level is aimed at improving road connectivity and travel environment,On this basis, the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of constructing the road network form and structure suitable for low-carbon travel mode, improving the road network density, reasonably controlling the intersection spacing and creating a slow and friendly travel space environment;the optimization of public transport facilities is mainly to improve the convenience of public transport,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting low-carbon travel for residents. This paper puts forward two aspects: optimizing the layout of bus stops and bus lines, and improving the efficiency of bus travel.
