Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of #2 Unit Steam Condenser Transformation Project In Huadian Weifang Power Plant

In the power plant, the steam condenser is an important auxiliary equipment, and plays an important role in normal operation. Currently, a large number of old type units still in running equip with old type steam condensers.They are not only inefficient, but as deceloopment of technology advances and the increase in running time, constantly have problems.So the old steam condenser unit transform to exploit potentialities has become an important means. The comprehensive evaluation of effect of reconstruction after the transformation is a way to measure whether the transformation reaches the original objectives, whether generates considerable economic and social benefits.And sum up experience from the project.Firstly,this paper introduces the classifications of steam condenser and the main way of transformation.Combined with my experience in power plant,it describes briefly the process of #2 unit steam condenser transformation project in Huadian Weifang Power Plant of. Secondly, the paper analyze the the different performance in transformation before after the project,and can it be seen the performance improvement after the project, but the steam condenser heat load is still a relatively big problem, which is the focus of the further transformation. Also, the entire transformation has achieved considerable economic benefits. Once again,the article Screens the technical, economic and other indicators,then proposes condensate ' s supercooled degree,the average coal consumption and other indexes as the secondary indicators. Combined with the FAHP,the paper builds project evaluation system based on the actual situation and the principles of index system,and accordingly make a comprehensive evaluation of the project..In conclusion the paper makes a proposal to the existing problems.
