Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of 220kV Transmission And Transformation Project In Y City

Transmission and transformation project generally consists of substation project(including substation construction and installation engineering), power transmission line project(including overhead transmission line engineering and cable transmission line project) and communication systems engineering(including communication equipment engineering and optical fiber cable line engineering). Transmission and transformation project construction has the following characteristics: the project is more complex, the initial investment is relatively large, project technology level and higher and project quality requirements are higher.In recent years, a large number of transmission and transformation projects are developed,which has effectively ensured the sustained and good development of our economy.More and more people study on comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project.It can find out the problems and solve them by comprehensive evaluation.This paper takes 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Y city as the research object.It researches evaluation index system and evaluation method of the project and carries out comprehensive evaluation of the expected construction effect of the project to provide practical basis for project investment and construction decision.Firstly, the article introduces the research background and significance of comprehensive evaluation of 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Y city and summaries research status of comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project.Then,this paper brief elaborates the basic theories of comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project.On the basis of the principles of index system elaborating the principles of index system,this paper constructs evaluation index system of comprehensive evaluation of 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Y city from the perspective of economic index,technical index and social index.Then,this paper constructs comprehensive evaluation model of 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Y city.Finally,this paper evaluates 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Y city from four steps based on established model.It analyzes each index.Then,it determines index weights by AHP.On the basis of experts vote,this paper calculates the comprehensive evaluation results by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The fourth step is to analyze the results and make recommendations.Evaluation results show that the project has a good comprehensive investment effect.The evaluation index system established in this paper is very typical and representative.All aspects of economic, social and technical aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project can be fully considered.It can apply important indicator and factors into the evaluation index system.The comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper can combine the qualitative and quantitative indicators and more accurately reflect the fuzzy state of things,so as to obtain a more scientific evaluation results.That is the evaluation system and model established in this paper provide a good decision-making basis for the project decision-making.
