Liaocheng Power Plant 2×600MW phase of the project for the unit, is the amplification design Hunan Yueyang Power Plant 362MW unit. #1 boiler is the first design and production of 600MW class "W" flame boiler by UK Mitsui Babcock Ltd (Mitsui Babcock). There are some problems after Put into operation: Combustion instability and low Degree of burn out and Serious coke in water drum and low reheater's temperature and cut single-ended of mill and high NOx etc There exist many problems on combustion equipment too. When the type of coal changed greatly, the problem is bigger, serious impact on the unit safe and economic operation. How to improve the optimization of existing boiler combustion equipment and explore the boiler combustion optimization methods, to achieve high safety and economic performance indicators, becomes a scene urgent need to address the technical and technological issues. This paper focuses on technical research, equipment improve and optimize combustion, refined and improved in areas such as work. Through combustion optimization adjustment, optimized combustion, refined and improved in areas such as work. By optimizing double direct Pulverized coal mill system, combustion equipment and improve and refine the logic. It can solve the problems of coking, burnout, high NOx emission, low temperature of reheater, non-uniform combustion of the forward and backward aadrch, and cut single-ended of mill etc, which can impact on the safety and economic running of the boiler. And make sure the running of plant unit with security, economy and steady. At the same time, we can put forward in the view of the problems of the boiler running, changing, optimization and improvement.
