With the development of science and technology, machinery and equipment are more and more larger and complex, which on the one hand meet the needs of social production, on the other hand, a higher technology equipment maintenance requirements, thus promoting the maintenance of increasingly sophisticated technology.The reliability-centered maintenance(RCM, reliability centered maintenance) not only concerns about equipment failure but also includes equipment failure consequences as an important factor in equipment maintenance decision-making.The theory takes the system economics as the starting point and integrates the relevant information of failure consequences and failure patterns. which is a Break-down Maintenace, periodic maintenance, condition-based maintenance, improvement of maintenance of the integration, maintenance optimization optimal mixed way. Condition-based maintenance monitors condition through high-tech means to identify the early signs of failure, determine the fault position, fault severity and the development trends, identify the various parts of equipment repair time and repair the best way. Reliability-centered maintenance is a major overhaul of the system, you can also state that the RCM is a Condition-based maintenance. RCM maintenance and repair technology forward in the direction of Condition-based maintenance, but diagnostic tools of RCM and CBM in the selection criteria are different,when the tendency of different planning choices for state monitoring of the object are also different. RCM focus on the results from the system reliability analysis object selection condition monitoring, but condition-based maintenance focus on maintenance planning principles to consider maintenance costs.In this thesis,the concept of RCM has been applied to process of machine maintenance for the circulating water system of chemical enterprises. This thesis is designed to enable people to equipment failure analysis and early-warning management system in the field of application of chemical enterprises have a better understanding. Design includes: RCM Management System's core technology, RCM system's design principles, the circulating water system's design programs.Failure analysis and early warning management system is an important guarantee for safety in production enterprises,To the production process equipment operating in real-time data and equipment functioning criteria, According to an important degree of equipment and Failures to the safety, environmental impact and consequence ,Victoria Jane through the use of criteria and optimization methods,With engineering standards, application requirements and other information to determine equipment maintenance strategies and maintenance tasks, The overhaul of industrial field device management to ensure the timely focus on equipment maintenance and normal operation of equipment life and performance optimization to maximize production efficiency of enterprises, so as to provide a good safety device management and maintenance of way.In this thesis, Yan Kuang Group Guo Hong Chemical Co., Ltd. After transformation, the circulating water system had been the focus of the study ,Proposed failure analysis of the circulating water system based on RCM and early warning management system implementation.
