Medium And Small Reservoir Health Assessment And Empirical Study

Reservoir is a tie that links human and rivers,maintaining the development and stability of the human society.The research on reservoir health is one of the biggest subjects relate to people's lives,property security and the development of social economy.The theoretical framework and diagnosis system of medium and small reservoirs have been studied based on the concept of reservoir health for doing researches on medium and small reservoirs'health evaluation.The main works and conclusions are as following:①The theory of reservoir health have been researched based on analyzing the impacts of reservoirs on river system,proposing the new definition of reservoir health and expounding the connotation of reservoir health.The temporal and spatial scales and influence factors of reservoir health were studied based on the definition of reservoir health.②Basing on the constructing principle of evaluation system and the new definition of reservoir health,the temporal and spatial scales of assessment for medium and small reservoirs were established,the framework of evaluation system which included target level,system level,status level,index level was established,the assessment degree of reservoir health which include health,inferior health,lesion and dangerous was established. And finally, the medium and small reservoir health assessment system was established.③The index of the medium and small reservoir health assessment model was quantified. The index of target level system,level status,level index,level was determined for the establishment of evaluation model.④The AHP was applied due to the characteristic of reservoir health assessment.The different levels weights were determined by mathematics method based on contrasting each index at the same level to confirm every evaluation index weight.The thesis analyzed quantitatively each evaluation index by detailed evaluation methods based on the constructing principle of reservoir health evaluation system.The reservoir health AHP—fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established by integrating AHP with fuzzy mathematics.⑤The reservoir health evaluation model was completed.According to the expert opinion system,every level's weight was determined.Each index's characteristic value was determined based on communicating with other experts,reading the related documents and fitting study on the experts'research.⑥The application research of reservoir health evaluation model carried out. The evaluation model was applied to evaluate the health status of S reservoir and the conclusion of evaluation was"health".After that analyzed the risk of the reservoir health.
