The sustainable development of society and economy is the common aspiration of the people,The industry of construction consumes great amount of resource and energy, effects seriouslyon the environment. So it is very significant to implement sustainable development in theindustry of construction. Green construction is an important way to realize the sustainabledevelopment of construction, but now carrying out green construction is high cost, theeconomic effect is not obvious and other features which restricted the green construction inbuilding industry. In order to fill the study gaps of green construction, the objective of thispaper is by means of analyzing the green construction process cost and green constructionfunction, so as to establish the optimization model of the green construction process cost, inimplementation of the green construction at the same time to reduce green construction processcost. The paper uses the value engineering to deal with green construction requirements andcost relationship, and it improves the enthusiasm of the construction enterprise to practice greenconstruction.Firstly, the paper analyzes the role of the construction cost spending in the green constructionprocess, and puts forward the concept of green construction process cost. Combining with thebasic requirements of green construction, the paper summarized the influence factors of thegreen construction process cost and analyzed the composition of the green construction processcost.Secondly, with analyzing the domestic and international green building evaluation systemand green construction evaluation system, we confirmed the green construction functionincluding three aspects which are green construction management, environmental protection,resources and energy saving. On the basis of the reference for domestic scholars greenconstruction evaluation index system, the paper preliminary builds a flexible and open greenconstruction evaluation index system framework which includes three aspects which are greenconstruction management, environmental protection, resources energy saving.Finally, Combined with the principle of value engineering, analyzed the green function of theconstruction scheme, the paper established an evaluation scheme model of the greenconstruction based on value engineering. By analyzing the practical engineering examples ofconstruction project evaluation and selection, it can obtain the Green construction schemewhich is economical and green construction scheme, it has certain rationality and practical.Value engineering and green construction union, expand the green construction and valueengineering research scope. Combining green construction with non entity construction cost toanalysis the cost of green construction process, it makes the concept of the construction cost richer. Analyzing the construction of green and green process cost and using value engineeringon green construction scheme selection, it realize the purpose of reducing the Greenconstruction process cost. It is beneficial to the promotion of green construction and promotesthe sustainable development in the industry. It has important theoretical significance andpractical application value.
