Along with the sustainable development strategy is put forward,in all walks of life in our country are looking for a low carbon,energy saving,environmental protection,construction industry is no exception.As is known to all,the construction industry in the process of construction waste not only can cause a lot of energy resources,but also to have serious impact on the surrounding environment.In reaction to the phenomenon,green construction,can effectively solve the problem,but for now,the green building construction failed to spread in the industry,in the implementation of the construction enterprise is mainly think complex construction measures,the cost is too high,thin margins,etc,have seriously hindered the development of green building construction.In this paper,the research of the green building construction project cost less than this problem,the green building construction project cost control as the research target,using the value engineering principle to achieve cost control.For the aim of this article,first of all for green construction,green construction costs and the cost control and conducted systematically in this paper,the value engineering theory,the definition of green building construction costs for traditional construction cost and realize " Four types of savings and A way of protection " and increase the cost of security environmental protection measures,and analyzed the advantage of the value engineering to construction project cost control.Secondly analyze the green building construction project cost control theory,the effect factors of cost control,object,principles,and analyzes the process of the cost control.And then established the impact of green building construction project cost index system,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is introduced into the index system,to provide value engineering theory to determine the function coefficient method.Finally,the case analysis,the value engineering theory is applied to the green foundation pit supporting scheme,to affect the cost of foundation pit supporting green evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the three support alternatives and to calculate the weights of all indexes between the threefunction coefficient,according to three alternatives given by the department of construction project cost budget cost,respectively to calculate the cost coefficient,finally the best supporting scheme,that the cost of further analysis,find out the controllable factors,reduce the cost.This article for green building construction project cost control research provides a feasible method,the value engineering theory is applied to the green building construction project cost,to raise the value at the same time,effectively control costs,for the promotion and popularization of green building construction in the construction industry provides new train of thought.
