Research On Dalian SH College Construction Schedule Management

As a new mode of higher education development in China,the cooperative running of colleges and universities in different places has made an important contribution to promoting the reform of higher education system and the development of higher education popularization.However,there are great differences in the social,economic,and cultural environment of running schools in different places,which also has a certain impact on the progress management of the project.Therefore,through reading and sorting out the literature,combined with the actual project schedule management of Dalian SH university project,this paper makes an in-depth research and Discussion on the problems such as schedule loopholes and untimely communication,uses the learned project schedule management knowledge to find out the root causes and put forward solutions.This paper takes Dalian SH College as the research object.Because the project of SH college is a national key project,ensuring the construction period is the top priority of this project.This paper follows the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,it introduces the construction background of the project of running schools in different places in domestic colleges and universities,including the realistic background and theoretical background of the project.At the same time,it also introduces the research methods and research contents of this paper,so as to provide the basic framework for this paper;Secondly,it mainly describes the current situation of the project schedule of Dalian SH University,and analyzes the problems of project schedule management in the actual operation of the project;At the same time,according to the project overview of Dalian SH University,analyze the problems existing in the previous project progress control,and summarize the factors and reasons affecting the project progress,which is the key to do a good job in the project progress control;Then,the scientific local method is mainly used to decompose the appropriate work structure of the project,determine the sequence of work and operation duration,and show the logical relationship of each process.At the same time,through the specific situation of the project and the decomposition of work structure,draw Gantt chart and network diagram,determine the key line,and reasonably prepare the work plan,which provides a basis for ensuring the implementation of project progress control;Finally,provide sufficient guarantee measures for the optimization of the project schedule management scheme to ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule management.In this paper,by means of case study,various factors affecting the project progress of SH college are analyzed,and scientific and effective theories and methods are used to optimize and improve,to make the conclusions more universal,and provide some references for the progress management of this project and other similar projects.
