In recent years T ianjin has add icted to th e cons truction of urban rail transportation with a planning of 10 urban rail tr ansit lines and 242 kilometers urban rail ways in side the Ou ter Ring Ro ad referring to "Tian jin Urban Comprehensive Transportation Planning (2008)".High-speed, large -capacity urban railways are constructed and expected to solve urban traffic pro blems and even to ach ieve th e ov erall urban restructu ring. Therefore, the current study of land us e and optim ization surrounding Tianjin rail lines has important practical significance on the construction of Tianjin rail network operations and land development as well as the sustainable urban development of the city.This dissertation starts with rev iewing the history of Tianjin urban rail transit construction and the planning. Summarize the importance of the urban rail transit construction addict to the optim ization of Tianjin urban structure and traffic, compared with domestic and foreign cities.Secondly, considering the location characteri stics of rail transit stations as the main factors, the distance from the downtown as the cofactor, propose the classification of urban rail transit station in Tianjin. The past experiences mostly make the research of the extent of the land use surrounding tran sit sites, scoping the site with a radius of 500 to 2000 m circular area. Consideri ng that, the paper reaches a conclusion that the impact area of Tianjin urba n rail transit stations is in the range of 500 meters, with 0-200m circular area as the co re area of the site and 200-500m annular area as the site affected zone.Thirdly, choose the typical m etro stations as th e research objectives, and m ake statistics. Analysis the research data of the nature of the land use and the development intensity, and summ arize the characteristi cs of the current land use surrounding the rail transit stations.Then according to the literature co nduct a comprehensive investigation of the general pattern of land use surrounding transit sites in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore. And make the analysis as a referen ce compare the nature o f the land u se with the general pattern of the land use surrounding the transit sites defined in the Tianjin rail controlled detailed planning. Co mbined with the char acteristics of the surrounding land use of the transit stations in Tianjin, summary the partly content to be optimized in the Tianjin rail surrounding land use controlled detailed planning.Finally, the dissertation proposes the optim ization principle of Tianjin urban rail transit site surrounding land use. And propose appropriate measures on the issues of land-use layout, intensity, and underground spa ce utilization, and road system s and transport facilities.
