Recently years, for accelerating domestic economic development, our nation quicken infrastructure construction, especially increase the investment on road construction, so the miles of all kinds of roads rise rapidly. On the other hand, the repairing and maintain of the road that constructed early years come to a climax time in succession. With the increasing of traffic flow and vehicle loading, It is very common that many roads are overburden used. Road surface and bottom layer is seriously damaged. These roads need maintaining or rebuilding immediately.The road cold-recycling for asphalt roadway has many advantages over the traditional method of repairing roadway. For example, it can save materials and time, it is helpful for environment protection and it costs less. So it arose lots of attention from customs and road department. It accord with our nation's policy development direction and has a good market prospect.The technology of road cold-recycling for asphalt roadway means use asphalt roadway materials(including asphalt road surface materials and some of bottom materials ) circularly, after milt, these materials are mixed with new component proportionally(For example, Cement, calcareousness, coal dust, foam asphalt, emulsive asphalt)and some water. These materials are then mixed, paved, and rolled to become a whole new surface. In this way, lots of abandoned materials can be used circularly, it will save construction materials, reduce environment pollution.The in-place recycling machine is the most important part of this technology. The in-place recycling machine consist of three parts, these are road surface cold recycling machine, special accessory machine, general accessory machine. According to if the machine have mangle, road surface cold recycling machine are sorted to 2 types, these are with mangle and without mangle cold recycling machine. According to different walk system, road surface cold recycling machine are sorted to 2 types, these are tracklayer cold recycling machine, and tyred cold recycling machine. Basic task of the cold recycling machine is to milling asphalt road surface, it needs mighty power and walk ability. So all parts of the machine are big in dimension. And then the eyeshot of cab is limited, it also become a difficult problem for all designers. After many years of research and improvement, overseas manufacturer has overcome this difficulty. The method is installing slip module under the cab's bottom. It can control the cab to slip rightward or leftward. This can enlarge the eyeshot of the cab, and also satisfy the operator. After many years of practice, slip cab meet the machine construction requirement. It becomes ideal control platform for large-scale repairing machine.The domestic manufacturer of cold-recycling machine mostly configure it with immovable cab. The seat is located in the centre of the cab, or located aside. The operator observe the machine through rearview mirror. This is inefficient. There is a huge gap between domestic machine and overseas advanced machine.This paper is based on the study of cold in-place recycling machine's main body and cab slippage as follows:(1)introduce the present study of cold in-place recycling machine, analyze the cold in-place recycling machine's types and main body structure.(2)Construct the 3D model of the slip cab with PRO/E, introduce the structure of slip cab and how to assemble it. Analyze the critical component's linearity ,and analyze the structure and selection of the shock absorber in detail. Calculate the critical component's linearity with MATLAB, and come out with the load parameters .(3)make a statics analyze on linearity track and supporting part, make a mode analyze on cab's main body, and come out with cab's inherent frequency and vibration chart, describe the cab's strength weakness, improve the cab's structure analyze.Since the first road-recycling machine was brought into our nation in 1998, domestic study on road cold-recycling technology has developed rapidly, while the studies on road cold-recycling machine slow down. So it is urgent to study road cold-recycling machine. This paper analyzed road cold-recycling machine's main body systemic, and lucubrate the critical component's linearity, the shock absorber, the supporting part. It will provide useful parameters for the road cold-recycling machine development.
