Study On The Cold In-place Recycling In Rural Roads

With the rapid development of rural roads construction in China, because of smoothness, high drivingcomfort, convenient maintenance and low noise, asphalt pavement is used more and more. Constructionstandard is low, but early planted a lot of hidden trouble, nowadays, more and more to meet the design lifeof rural roads, early at the same time as the increase of traffic volume and axle load, the majority of ruralroads were more serious damage, under the influence of various factors comprehensive rutting, cracks andpotholes, such as disease, gradually into the “aging”, the aging, serious deterioration of the pavementmaintenance reform is imminent.In this paper, based on Zhu Ma Dian Guan Zhuang to He Xiao highway reconstruction project,proposed several maintenance scheme, after analysis using: cement stabilized full deep type coldregeneration in situ placing the new surface at the local level. During the study, by4.5%,5%,5.5%,4.5%cement dosage and0%,10%,20%,30%dosage of new materials preparation of specimen, through a largenumber of experiments was carried out on the corresponding properties of mixtures, analyze, evaluate,eventually determine the mixture ratio design of recycled mixture of cement dosage is5.5%, new materialsdosage was20%. This paper analyzes the cement stabilized full-deep in-place cold recycling at the roadbase level of construction method, construction technology and construction quality control points, etc.,and at the road base level of cold in-place recycling technology economic and social environment benefitare analyzed, and proved that the in-place cold recycling at the road base level in rural road upgradingproject of the feasibility and practicability.Using the cement stabilized deep type cold recycling in place at the road base level to reduceconstruction cost, the rational allocation of resources, protect the ecological environment, the Guan Zhuangto He Xiao highway reconstruction project successful application provides reference for other rural roadsin Zhu Ma Dian region, can be in Zhu Ma Dian rural highway construction for further research andpromotion, to promote the rural road construction of Zhu Ma Dian region is of great significance.
