Research On Performance Measurement System Of Construction Project Quality Management

Quality management has long been remaining the important part of project management in construction project. It is very important that raise the level of quality management in construction stage which is the key link of architectural entity formed. It also plays important roles in satisfying all involved parties and Finishing the task smoothly.As a practical model for improving the management level and reflecting management level and professional technical ability of building enterprise, performance evaluation should be used widely in construction stage. So it is s necessary to establish performance evaluation system of quality management for construction stage. Performance evaluation theory and project management theory are referenced.It must be cleared the definition of quality management performance first. Clear the definition of quality management performance, establish scientific and perfect performance evaluation model. So the correlation theory at home and abroad should be studied as the reference. In the existing definition of quality performance, based on the dynamic management thoughts it further extends the construction project quality management performance connotation. The connotation of the construction project quality management performance is the comprehensive reflection of implementing quality management effectiveness and efficiency in the construction project process.This concept has two meanings:the effectiveness of construction project implementation process quality management behavior and quality management achievement. It reflects the united to "the performance and the process". Then according to the appraisal theory and fuzzy mathematics theory, a multi-level index system is established.Using membership analysis, correlation analysis, discrimination analysis and reliability testing, this system is optimized many times, so some unused index is discard. Finally there is fourteen index and three levels. Next step is that applying the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method gives evaluation index system weight and methods. The final model is named PMSQM. Finally, in view of the problems of construction management performance evaluation, it gives some suggestions for the relevant government departments to formulate supporting system and reference for promote the performance management.
