Research Of Glass Curtain Based On Quality Control Technique In Design Process

In nowadays society, pervasive attention has been paid on product quality in economy construction of industrial-oriented communities. Both developed countries and developing ones have realized the importance of product quality as well as the effective approach to improve it. According to modern quality engineering theory, product quality has to be firstly designed before being made out, service and management. By quality verify only waster is eliminated, product quality is not improved. Therefore, improving design quality should be the starting point and the critical one of the whole quality management and control work.However, whether in theoretical or practical aspect, there are several drawbacks in existing design quality control methods. Some theories of design quality control are not closely linked with quality management system, and some lack farther study, especially information technology is applied rarely. Aiming at these problems, this thesis has done the following work:This thesis analysises the theory of three stage design from quality control model. It introduce the procedures of three stage design by diagram and table, expecially investigate construction of parameter design and tolerance design. It summarise the method which can judge the case good or bad. It reaches the purpose of save cost, through making use of parameter design to the section of transom extrusion of glass curtain.In order to reach six sigma level, this thesis introduces differences between DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) and IFSS (Improvement For Six Sigma), summarizes the process of DFSS. It summarizes the application of FQFD (Fuzz Quality Function Deployment) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) which are tools of DFSS. These make people deeply understand for DFSS.On the basis of the design theory which users driving, this thesis analyze the whole machinery of the glass curtain and the main part of it through the design theory of DFSS. Having set up the requirement quality form, the quality element form, and confirmed designing quality, sequentially. And at last, set up fuzzy quality function deployment form and failture mode and effects analysis form. After the above-mentioned work, confirm the main function of this glass curtain and the main formation of the main parts of it, and three failure mode in the glass curtain. It is propitious to satisfy the requirement of customer through DFSS, reaching the purpose of increase product quality.
