So to research and design automatic coal conveyer system is of great benefits.The article stands on the point of view of application based on a coal conveyer programming control of a power station, to research application of PLC technology used on the coal conveyer programming control system. The article Introduces coal conveyer system technics and functions structure on programming control, researches and analyses the solution of programming mornitor and control system on coal conveyer, introduced the implementaion ways of functions in programming control system, on the basic, give a new solution by building queue model to counting coal by per bunker system and apply to project, its advantage is to assure counting-coal continuity and to eliminate a bigger windage problem consisted in original system, and get a good effection, to reduce the windage to 0.001% ton from original 1% ton. In addition, to analyse the problem of detecting material level in bunker, which is applicated craftwork of automatic set coal, for this give a new solution idea. At last, discusse the disturb question, which widely exist in coal conveyer system, and research and analyse some measure to avoid the disturb. This solution for coal conveyer system show a well effection by applicating to a local power station, cutting down extremely much interval time to start every belt-motor,empty-load running time, is a not only saving power but also safy control solution. At the sametime, programming control system to deal with powder-dirt impove the work environment very much for employes, reduce cost for launching into manpower, which obviously impove benefits on economics and on society.
