Document Management And Data Vault Model Based On PDM Enablers For Flight Vehicles Concurrent Design

In order to improve informatization of aerospace industry of China and gain the international competition,we must introduce a kind of philosophic theory called concurrent engineering.Research of Product Data Management(PDM),by way of sustaining technology of concurrent engineering,have very important academic and realistic meaning.There is no standard interface among traditional PDM systems , which lack of intercommunion.It is difficult to join them with international systems. Therefore, the mutual scale of product data is restricted in flight vehicle concurrent design. PDM Enablers specification,issued by Object Management Group(OMG),sustains distributed environment of product data management,and provides standard interface for various PDM systems. Thus,the problems above could be solved beautifully. This thesis is to investigate and discover the model,mechanism and technology of document management and vault of flight vehicle concurrent design based on PDM Enablers,to make PDM system joined them with international systems,to lay a foundation for providing fine compositive work space which accords with international standard.JDPDM is a PDM system sustaining flight vehicle concurrent design which is developed by China Aviation Industry Corporationâ…¡.This thesis adopts the fashionable object-oriented method and Unified Modeling Language(UML) to analyse,design and realize systems.First,this thesis introduces development and application of concurrent engineering and product data management both home and abroad.Second,we make system analysis of JDPDM and analysis the functions of document management and vault.Third,we supplement the specification,and we design and realize models of document management and vault based on PDM Enablers.Last,this thesis presents whole-length work summarization and suggestions of more research.
