Electric power is the indispensable element for human life and production in nowadays. As the society's civilization advanced, people's demand for electric power is increasing rapidly. However, in the past 20 years, electrical safety incidents bring great loss to human society together with the rising of electric network scale and level. The imperfection of electric power system exposed gradually has became a hot spot to study and solve home and abroad. China is on the accelerating stage of development for industrialization and urbanization, so the demand for electric power will keep its high level for the long run. According to the long-term national planning, the total demand for electric power in 2020 will be more than 7 trillion KWH and the power network arrangement ability will be further optimized and enhanced. In the development of regional network, how can we ensure network safeguard economic construction reliable? Based on studying intellectualized network research result and connecting with reality, I will discuss how to find a way to realize the network intellectualization in Quzhou from generating electricity, transporting, power transportation, distribution, using, dispatching and communication. Further more, I will discuss on how to develop in harmony on voltage level power network and intellectualized dispatching to make Quzhou electric network a modern network with high informationzation, complete automation and good interaction.
