Research On Flexible Production Planning Of Motor Based On Mass Customization

The purpose of mass customization is to provide customers with personalized products at the cost and speed of mass production. It is becoming the mainstream of the production mode 21st century gradually. This paper explores the research of related theories and methods for the model information of product family, flexible production planning system and ERP system faced in the production process, on the basis of realizing related technologies for mass customization and under the mass customization mode.This paper elaborates the definition, characteristics and working process of order production mode, puts forward the flexible concept and the research direction of production planning management, introduces the characteristics and significance of flexibility, analyzes the functional requirements for the subsystems of the production planning management, analyzes the complex relationship between various data through layered data flow chart, and designs the functional structure module of the subsystems. On the basis of full understanding the MPS principle, it further analyzes some existing problems in MPS module, and conducts the research on the MPS'flexibility through three aspects of the inventory control, frozen master production plan and flexible variable demands. According to the types, structures and production processes of the motor products, it establishes a three-phase asynchronous motor product family model, and studies the selection principles and configuration rules of this product. After analyzing the construction methods of common material list and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional material list, the paper presents a new BOM structure to improve the traditional BOM structure, analyzes the production plan's role in ERP system, the key technology of production plan and production orders'requirements on the production plan and formulate production planning according to the production orders'mode.Select an ERP prototype system that based on production orders'mode in the form of case study, implements production plan simulation for the system, and verify the validity and feasibility of the research results.
