| The earthquake is a global phenomenon of the disaster.Our country has suffered from earthquake for a long time, there Yuhai recent earthquake and the Wenchuan earthquake gave US convincing examples. The earthquakes not only lead people's death but also returned o society a huge economic losses. Therefore, not only to save human lives but also to protect the social and economy, seismic research has grate significance. China's special geographical environment determines the port transport machinery suffering earthquake disaster inevitably. How to avoid structural damage for the cranes? It gives great significance in reconstruction and economic recovery. So, Seismic studies and earthquake research on cranes can brings benefits.This paper introduces the quayside container crane seismic performance in the domestic and foreign research status, and at the same time from a historical perspective, structure seismic research theory has been studied through a hundred years of development and evolution. This paper first takes a port quayside container crane as the research object. Using the crane dynamic vibration theory and the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the finite element model of the quayside container crane, and then complete the quayside container crane modal analysis. So we can get the quayside container crane's nature frequence, damping ratio,model shape and other parameters. In the seismic response of container crane aspect,according to load wenchuan wave, El-centro wave and Qianan wave in the horizontal direction,we can use time history analysis method to get the dynamic response in the key point, and at last solve dynamic response coefficient. wenchuan earthquake and Qianan earthquake are all belong to the strong earthquake.So their dynamic response coefficient are larger. Their range from1.5to1.7.It can supply reference for container crane's design in earthquake prone areas.In order to verify the theoretical results, it makes the anti-earthquake simulation test for container crane. The similar theory of test model design is introduced and the1:15similar model according to the physical object is designed. Furthermore, it makes the vibration test of container cranes with the seismic vibration test stand. Wenchuan wave, El-Centro wave and qian'an wave are treated as test waveforms. Load three types of seismic waves at the horizontal direction (main-beam direction) respectively. Then load seismic waves at the horizontal and vertical directions at the same time. From the test above, it get the horizontal frequency of container cranes, which is about6.4Hz. The dynamic load response is in the range of1.0to1.6, which is similar to the results calculated by finite element time history analysis method. It still found that vertical seismic has a little effect at the structure of container cranes. Therefore, reduce the vibration response of the horizontal direction is considered in less vibration isolation devices design of container crane. |
