Quayside Container Crane is the main equipment for lifting container in port.The working reliability of the Quayside Container Crane is an important indicator of ensuring the normal operation of the entire port.The design of traditional cranes depends heavily on the designer's experience,the workload is extremely heavy,the design cycle is long and the design cost is high.In terms of structural calculations and verifications,it aslo mainly focuses on the static strength check and the simplified structure check.Generally,a large safety factor is used to ensure the safety performance of Quayside Container Crane instead of fatigue life analysis.However,the main failure mode of the Quayside Container Crane during its actual use is fatigue failure.Therefore,it is important to study on the fatigue life of Quayside Container crane's steel structures in the design process.This paper starts from the establishment of the crane parametric model and the fatigue life problems to solves the problems that the design of traditional cranes have a long design cycle,low efficiency of model modification,and incomplete analysis of fatigue problems?The main contents of the thesis include:(1)Structural fatigue reliability theory review,summarized the basic theory of structural fatigue,introduced the definition of fatigue and the fatigue prediction method under constant amplitude load,variable amplitude load and random load.(2)Based on the general parameterization method of mechanical structure,the steel structure of the quayside bridge is analyzed in depth.The Pro/E Program is used to extract the characteristic parameters of the Quayside Container Crane's steel structure,the relationship between the characteristic parameters is defined,and the Quayside Container Crane's parametric model is established.VB6.0 and AGW were used to develop a Quayside Container Crane's steel structure parameterized design system based on Pro/E in order to achieve the purpose of quickly establishing,modifying the quayside model and improving design efficiency.(3)The establishing of a finite element analysis model of quayside container crane steel structure and static analysis?Explained the basic knowledge of statics analysis based on finite element and put forward a simplified method for the Quayside Container Crane's finite element model,the finite element model of crane's steel structures can be obtained by HyperMesh and ABAQUS finite element pre-processing module.According to the GB3811-2005 crane design standard and the FEM European crane design standard,the load combination of the Quayside Container Crane under the static analysis is determined,and the ABAQUS Standar solver is used to perform static analysis on the crane's steel structure undertypical working conditions.The calculation results are checked for strength and stiffness,which also provides stress information for the later fatigue analysis.(4)Analysis of fatigue life of quayside container crane steel structures.Through the analysis and statistics of the Quayside Container Crane's fatigue load form and the movement laws of running cars,a conversion method for static stress to stress spectrum based on finite element is used.The load time history of the Quayside Container Crane is obtained,and the fatigue analysis of quayside bridge is carried out using professional fatigue durability analysis software FE-SAFE.
