In recent years, with the international crude oil prices rising and the world environmental crisis aggravating, the auto market has been hitherto unknown attacked. At the same time, the world have to increase the strength of research and development of electric automobile. With the automatic transmission progress and people's constant pursuit of comfort, automatic transmission is more and more applied to the field of electric automobile.The transmission dealed with in the article is applicated in micro electric automobile, which has2forward gears. The first gear is the low speed gear, which was used while climbing and other special conditions; while the second gear is the direct gear, which was used while the vehicle runs normally. The transmission uses a single planetary gear train and a synchronizer as its coexisting structure, which combine the advantages of the manual transmission and the automatic transmission. Meanwhile, it improves the electric vehicle performance greatly.Firstly, according to the matching principle of the motor and the transmission and vehicle parameters, select and design each part of the transmission. The design content includes the number of the gear, transmission ratio, center distance, number of teeth, modulus, pressure angle, spiral angle, tooth width, the diameter of the shaft, the size of the spline, which can match the motor perfectly and help the car to play its superior performance.Secondly, according to the above design parameters of the transmission, build the whole model by UG. The modeling includes sun wheel, planetary wheel, ring gear, planetary frame, synchronizer, and then assemble the simple model of the transmission. The aims of the modeling is to lay the foundation for the next kinematics simulation.After assembling the model by UG, import the whole model into ADAMS dynamics simulation analysis software, and then simulate and analys the two gears of the transmission. After that, judge whether the whole transmission structure is reasonable according to the simulation results.Lastly, import the model of the shaft and gear into the analysis software of ANSYS, and then analys the shaft and the planetary gear by ansys.Analys the torsional stress of the shaf and the contact stress of the gear, and then compare the results of the analysis with the actual stress of the material, which can judge whether the part meet the strength condition.It can provide the theoretical basis for the topic, so as to the deep research and development through the designing, model building, simulation, static analysis.
