The Feasibility Study Of20kV Distribution Network In Hangzhou Jiangdong District

With the rapid growth of power load,10kV as a medium voltage in some areas has been difficult to adapt to the needs of distribution network development. The next10to20years, the distribution network scale in domestic cities will be larger and larger, land and space resources shortage problem will become more prominent, which has seriously restricted the development of distribution network. Lifting medium voltage level is the effective way to solve this problem.20kV medium voltage level has wide application in foreign countries, and also has application pilot in China's Suzhou Industrial Park and other areas. Distribution network development practice shows that the20kV medium voltage distribution network can significantly improve the supply capacity and reduce network losses, as well as improve the supply capacity and power quality of the urban distribution network. It is to ease the resource constraints of the grid development, and to meet the rapid growth of electricity demand and the optimal allocation of resources requirements.This project mainly researches the introduction of feasibility and necessity of the20kV voltage level distribution network in the region, which combined with Hangzhou medium voltage distribution network conditions and bottlenecks encountered, and with the Great Jiangdong new city development as a turning point. The project will get a transition program from lOkV to20kV through the technical-economic analysis and technical measure and calculation on the20kV distribution network, and based on the existing lOkV distribution network, also according to the principle of network planning technology and equipment selection and necessary investment estimation. It finally proves that Hangzhou Jiangdong District using20kV distribution network is feasible through the effective analysis and relevant verification.
