With the development of vehicle technology and the improvement of tractor intelligentlevel, people begin to ask for higher requirement for the manipulation of the tractor.According to the mode of dual clutch transmission in tractor, this text designed a set of gearshift system for tractor with the combination of hydraulic technology and wireless remotecontrol technology. This system could be a semi-automatic gear shift system, and it overcameflaws in traditional gear shift system by keeping power continuous in power shift process,which improved shift comfort and operability of the tractor.Referring to the basic parameters and the structural principle of the dual clutchtransmission for the50-horsepower tractor and also combining with tractor gear set and gearshift requirement, this text designed a set of dual clutch transmission hydraulic gear shiftsystem according to traditional hydraulic system design and calculation methods. There wasfeedback system for precise control of dual clutch pressing force, the loops of pressureholding circuit and pressure unloading circuit in this system. This system ensured goodcondition and excellent gear shift performance for the dual clutch gearbox.This text established a simulation model of the hydraulic system by software AMESim.The simulation included the analysis of the gear shift time, the function of the key parts andpressure of key positions. According to the simulation results, this text improved the system.The oil-filled time could be maintained at less than0.8s, and the oil return time could bemaintained at less than0.1s. This design is correct and reasonable, which meets the need ofgear shift requirements.After analyzing working environment and control distance of the tractor, a wirelessremote control system was designed with the regular design method. In order to ensure theaccuracy and availability of programs and circuits, this text simulated the SCM system withthe software Proteus, and then debugged this system. Operator could understand the real-timeof the gear and remote control the gear shift work, if this system could combine withhydraulic gear shift system. According to the basic structure of remote control system that had been designed, thistext built the hardware circuit, and then debugged it. It had been proved that this system had agood and stable condition, and could meet the need of scheduled work requirements. Theremote control system could also expand to control more gear.This remote control gear shift system of dual clutch transmission is easy to operate. Andit has a good performance. Operator could control the transmission with remote control buttonin a distance as far as50to100meters. The gear shift work could be finished within arelatively short period of time. This system could ensure that the tractor could complete itsgear shift work without interruption of its power, which improves shift comfort andoperability of the tractor. The system can be applied in practice, and could reach the purposeto improve tractor efficiency and operability.
