Anthurium (Anthurium andraeanum) is a perennial herbage plant which belongs to Anthurium. It is the most popular medium-to-high grade flower with beautiful leaves, colorful flower and long florescence. Whether the content of liquid nutrition is right is the most important in cultivation techniques to determine its quality and also important to be competitive in China Anthurium market, especially before flowering. The time before flowing is very important and the liquid nutriment contents used this period would determine flower number, flower colure and so decided the quality of potted Anthurium. The results of the research demonstrated that:1. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium have a significant effect on Anthurium vegetable growth, especially in plant height and leaf area, while the number of leaves and plant diameter are not significant. Relative to the concentration of nutrients, the ratio between different elements play the major role in Anthurium growth..The suitable element ratio of plant vegetative growth of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 7.5:1:4.5, while in the condition of ratio 5.5:1.5:4.5 plant is weaker but shows a better plant architecture. The better vegetative growth formula is not suitable for flower quality and also significantly reduced the flowering time, indicating that strong vegetative growth inhibited the flower ornamental value. Integrated vegetative growth and flower quality of our results we believe that the best nutrition formula is the A4 for anthurium berore flowering (Ion concentration in the nutrient solution were: NH4+ 1.5 mmol·L-1,NO3- 4.0 mmol·L-1,H2PO4+ 1.5 mmol·L-1,K+ 4.5 mmol·L-1,Ca2+ 1.0 mmol·L-1,Mg2+ 1.0 mmol·L-1,SO42- 1.5 mmol·L-1,Fe2+ 15.0 umol·L-1,BO43- 20.0 umol·L-1,Zn2+ 5.0 umol·L-1,Mn2+ 5.0 umol·L-1,Cu2+ 0.5 umol·L-1,MoO42- 0.5 umol·L-1 ).2. Test screening in nutrient solution before the flower has been formulated based on the long-term production summary, we propose a potted anthurium production in Shanghai standardization of production technology, including: production facilities and conditions of the greenhouse, planting preparation, planting, daily management, pest control and product packaging. Including a potted anthurium in all aspects of large-scale production, hoping for the Shanghai region of Anthurium production provide technical guidance.
