This paper reference the study of traditional medicine fingerprint and combine with the characteristics of Mongolian fingerprint itself to study and establish the fingerprint of Mongolian cortex phellodendri and radix scutellariae.HPLC method to establish the cortex phellodendri and radix scetellariae's fingerprint and respectively by berberine hydrochloride and baicalin.Optimization of chromatography conditions including detected wavelength and mobile phase, column temperature and completed system methodology investigation. Each 10 batch cortex phellodendri and radix scutellariae of Inner Mongolia have been analyed by HPLC and established HPLC fingerprint.Using"the computer-aided software of traditional Chinese medicine choromatographic fingerprint"to evaluate the similarity of Mongolian medicine. The data shows that this method has a very good stability and reproducibility.Using HPLC method for the determination of the berberine and the baicalin. And investigating the the factors affecting the extraction rate of berberine and baicalin. The results show that the content of berberine is 2.88% and the content of baicalin is 11.24%.Comparing the content of berberine and baicalin of Liaoning province, the results show that the content of berberine is Liaoning province higher than Inner Mongolian, the content of baicalin is Inner Mongolian higher than Liaoning province. The results of this paper show that bulid the Mongolian fingerprint and effective component can reflect content debermination of medicinal inner quality.Different origin medicinal material immanent quality difference is bigger. Provide the scientific basis to further development and application of Mongolian cortex phellodendri and radix scutellariae.
