The Research Of "Qi Lian Fu Zheng Capsule" On Inducing Apoptosis Of Lung Cancer Cell A549and Improving Quality Of Life Of Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer Patients

Objective：Explore the mechanism of “Qi lian fu zheng capsule”in induceing apoptosis ofA549cells and Improving Quality of Life of Advanced Lung Cancer.Methods：In part of vitro cell experiment, MTT、Immunohistochemistry and FlowCytometry are used in observing the mechanism of“Qi lian fu zheng capsule”in inducingthe apoptosis of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549.Clinical research randomlydivided the advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients into the observation group andthe control group,the former using“Qi lian fu zheng capsule only,the latter giving the bestsupportive care, and compared the Quality of their Life by FACT-L (FunctionalAssessment Cancer Therapy-Lung cancer) chinese Version4.0.Results：Experimental study confirmed:“Qi lian fu zheng capsule”can induce theapoptosis of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549by raising the level of Caspase-3and Caspase-8,and combined with DDP can generate synergy.Clinical researchconfirmed:"Qi lian fu zheng capsule "can improving Quality of Life of Advanced LungCancer.Conclusion：“Qi lian fu zheng capsule”can kill lung cell by induce apoptosis.It will be afeasible the application to maintenance treating the advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
