A Regulating Study On The B7-CD28Costimulatory Pathway In Breast Cancer Treated By "Qi Lian Fu Zheng Capsule"

Objective: To observe even Qi lian fu zheng Capsules therapy combined withchemotherapy in advanced breast cancer and in vitro inhibition of human breast cancercells cultured MCF-7cell proliferation. Qi lian fu zheng Capsules investigate even rightingof breast cancer B7-CD28pathway regulating influence and mechanism of stimulation.Methods: TClinical research included45cases of breast cancer patients wererandomly divided into two groups (DE chemotherapy+Qi Lian fu zheng capsule group)and control group (DE chemotherapy group)，22patients in the observation group，23cases in the control group，After two courses of treatment were compared before and aftertreatment were common clinical symptoms, KPS score, appear immune function andchanges in circumstances adverse reaction;The main part of the in vitro experiments usingMTT assay， flow cytometry to detect cell proliferation inhibition after dosing， breastcancer MCF-7cells B71， B72expression and to explore its mechanism.Results: Clinical studies have proven that even Qi Lian fu zheng capsule can betterimprove the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life for patients, improve immunefunction, reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy;The mechanism may be related to increasesin patients with T-cell surface molecule CD28breast cancer;Experimental studies haveconfirmed that Qi Lian fu zheng capsule inhibit breast cancer MCF-7cell proliferation， incombination with Adriamycin have a synergistic effect.Qi Lian fu zheng capsule inhibitbreast cancer MCF-7cell proliferation may increase breast cancer cell surface costimulatory molecules B7related.Conclusion: Qi Lian fu zheng capsule combined with chemotherapy for breast cancerefficacy obvious synergistic attenuation,Qi Lian fu zheng capsule by regulating breastB7-CD28costimulatory pathway plays an anti-tumor effect,In combination withAdriamycin have synergistic effect.
