Effects Of The Xinwei Granule On Serum Osteopontin In Patients With Precancerous Lesion Of Grastic Cancer

Ojective:To observe the effects of XINWEI granule on osteopontin in patients with PLGC.Method:Clinical research:Divides into two groups stochastically 60 example of PLGC patient (syndrome of dificiency of both qi and yin combining blood stasis).The treatment group 30 examples,give XINWEI granule oral administration,the control group 30 examples,give WEIFUCHUN piece of oral administration.The treatment course is 12 weeks around,observes two groups of patients to treat the symptom integral,the pathology integral,OPN level and the curative effect improvement situation.Result:The clinical treatment result showed front that the total effective rate of clinical of the treatment group is 86.7%,the total effective of pathology is 90.0%,and the anti-HP infection effective rate is 72.0%, Compared with the control group, the gastroscope integraland the pathology integral has the obvious difference (P<0.05), compares with the control group;and the OPN intergral has not the obvious difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:XINWEI granule treats this sickness to have the good clinical curative effect,which can reverse PLGC the pathological state.
