| Purpose:Study and explore the expression of gastric mucosa HIF-la and VEGF in peptic ulcer patients before and after treatment. Research the possible mechanisms and targets of Yiqi-huoxue formula on the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:30 cases of peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(15cases) was treated with Yiqi-huoxue Formula+omeprazole(20mg,1#bid),the control group(15cases) was treated with omeprazole(20mg,l#bid) only. Take five weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the patients were observed for clinical symptoms and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. We detected the expression of HIF-la and VEGF in gastric mucosa for all of the cases before and after treatment.Result:The expression of gastric mucosa HIF-la and VEGF of test group significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference has meaning in the statistics(P<0.05),compared with the control group was significantly higher,the difference also has meaning in the statistics(P<0.05).Analysis of the total accumulated scores of TCM symptoms:the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs after treatment in the test group has a more significant reduction than that before treatment, the difference has meaning in the statistics(P<0.05), compared with the control group was significantly lower,the difference also has meaning in the statistics(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between HIF-la and VEGF in peptic ulcer.Conclusion:Yiqi-huoxue Fomula may improve the microcirculation of gastric mucosa by increasing the level of protective factors such as HIF-la and VEGF in gastric mucosa to cure peptic ulcer. |
