| Purpose:Study and explore the expression of gastric mucosa Trefoil Factors2(TFF2) in peptic ulcer patients before and after treatment. Research the possible mechanisms of Yiqi-huoxue formula on the treatment of peptic ulcer through adjusting the expression of gastric mucosa TFF2.Methods:40cases of peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (including20cases) was treated with Yiqi-huoxue Formula+omeprazole (20mg,1#bid), and the control group (including20cases) was treated with omeprazole(20mg,1#bid) only. Take five weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the patients were observed for clinical symptoms and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The expression of TFF2in gastric mucosa for all of the cases before and after treatment was detected.Result:The expression of gastric mucosa TFF2of test group is significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference has meaning in the statistics (P<0.01). Analysis of the total accumulated scores of TCM symptoms:the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs after treatment in the test group has a more significant reduction than that before treatment, and the difference has meaning in the statistics (P<0.01); comparing with the control group, the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs after treatment in the test group is significantly lower, and the difference also has meaning in the statistics (P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi-huoxue Fomula may improve the clinical symptoms, accelerate the repair process of mucous epithelium, and prevent the recurrence of ulcer by increasing the level of protective factors such as TFF2in gastric mucosa to cure peptic ulcer. |
